(Congress Report) – Dan Patrick, the Lieutenant Governor of Texas, recently proclaimed that the Justice Department report released last week revealing President Joe Biden was an “elderly man with a poor memory” is all the proof he needs to believe Democrats are going to run a different nominee in the November election. And this is not a surprise for a number of reasons. The president’s mental decline is quite obvious and impossible to hide at this point. Secondly, Biden’s approval rating is almost non-existent. Thirdly, there’s no way, with points one and two, that he stands a chance against former President Donald Trump who will likely be the GOP presidential nominee.
“The memo, along with Biden’s late Thursday news conference, means that those who are pulling the strings in the Democratic Party are forcing Biden out, Patrick claimed. He specifically blamed former President Barack Obama and the deep state,” Jonathan Jones of The Western Journal reported. “Patrick made the comments on social media Friday morning, where he also predicted Americans could see former first lady Michelle Obama on their ballots this fall.”
“I’ve said for over a year many times that Joe Biden would not be on the ticket and Michelle Obama would be the likely nominee. It’s clear the Democrat deep state run by Barack Obama knew they had to take him down to give them a chance in November,” Patrick remarked. “They set him up in the report calling him a ‘sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.’ They could have protected him by putting him in the Oval Office to read a statement with no press questions.”
The lieutenant governor then opined that Biden was told to deliver a speech to the media following the report’s release so he would purposely embarrass himself. In other words, they wanted his behavior to back up what the report revealed as justification for the steps they plan to take next.
Patrick fired a shot at Vice President Kamala Harris, who he pointed out is disliked by her own party just as much as by conservatives and independents.
“Instead, they sent [Biden] out and fed him to a press – where he was a total embarrassment,” Patrick finished. “He doesn’t have a memory and Kamala doesn’t have a brain. Now they have a real problem.”

Special Counsel Robert Hur recommended not filing charges against Biden for mishandling classified documents while he served as the country’s vice president. The report stated that Biden is suffering from memory problems and that as a result, a jury would likely see him as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt,” Hur’s report declared. “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
The findings also noted how severely Biden’s cognitive function, specifically his memory, has declined in recent years, pointing to his inability to remember when he served as vice president “or even within several years, when his son Beau died.”
Biden’s attempt to challenge the report was a total disaster.

That is the reason Obama and Dems are pushing for Michelle O to run for office. Barrack and Deep State will still have control over the Govt. A vote for Michelle is a vote for the Deep State, running the country like like the last few years!! Obama could control Biden and will control Michelle! All about money and power.

Most Americans know it isn’t JB running the nation and probably will not be the Democrats candidate in 2024. Believe Dan Patrick’s comment about MO being the progressive/socialist selection appears very credible and certainly is not a great shock. Then BO would be the only President to serve 4 Terms. WOW! Even more reason to vote Trump in 24.
Do not vote for Michele Obama unless you want Obama to have his 4th term. Our country will certainly become a Globalist country. Voters Beware. Vote Red and Vote Trump if you want to save America.
