(Congress Report) – A brand new report coming from The Western Journal reveals that President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice has finally, after four years, come out and admitted the truth about inherent corruption in the first family, by confirming that the Hunter Biden laptop was legitimate and they knew it the entire time. Of course, most common sense Americans already knew that because it’s pretty obvious the government was lying when they tried to spin the whole thing off as a Russian disinformation campaign.
I mean, the dead giveaway was an attempt by the federal government to silence the New York Post when they broke the story just days before the 2020 general election. Everything after that just made the cover-up more and more obvious. Contrary to what the leftist news media thinks, regular people aren’t dumb.
“It appears so, at least in regard to one important item. According to a thread on the social media platform X written by New York Post columnist Miranda Devine, in a recent court filing the DOJ finally admitted that Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop was, in fact, Hunter Biden’s,” the piece said.
“Let’s back up a little. As most of conservative America might recall, when the New York Post initially published its scoop about the younger Biden’s incriminating laptop in October 2020, social media giants squelched the story and a letter signed by no fewer than 51 former intelligence officials claimed the laptop contained ‘all the classic earmarks of Russian disinformation,'” it explained, providing a decent recap of events for those who may have forgotten the details.
“The establishment media in turn dismissed all legitimate evidence and concerns regarding the authenticity of the laptop as right-wing conspiracy theories or propaganda, if they covered it at all in the weeks leading up to the election,” The Western Journal added.
On Tuesday evening, Devine took to social media where she shared a court filing that was released by the Justice Department, which, as previously reported by the Daily Caller, is “a response to [Hunter] Biden’s investigation for gun charges which his legal team attempted to argue in December should be dismissed.”
Devine then drew attention to the fact that in the court’s response, the DOJ finally admitted, for the first time ever, that “Hunter Biden’s laptop is real, that he left it at a computer store, and that the contents matched what they obtained from a search warrant of his iCloud.”

As per the very words uttered by the Justice Department, back in Aug. 2019, “[investigators]…came into possession of the defendant’s Apple MacBook Pro, which he had left at a computer store. A search warrant was also obtained for his laptop and the results of the search were largely duplicative of information investigators had already obtained from Apple.”
Fox News quoted an IRS whistleblower who stated, “Federal investigators knew in December 2019 that Hunter Biden’s laptop was ‘not manipulated in any way’ and contained ‘reliable evidence,’ but were ‘obstructed’ from seeing all available information.”
This is a very big deal. It’s being recognized as such by commentators, officials, and other experts on various social media platforms as well. We have documented proof the government lied to the American people and attempted to cover up the story, just prior to a major election, in order to protect the Democratic Party’s nominee. This is mind-blowing.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey responded to Devine’s post by saying, “Hunter Biden’s laptop is not only real; it’s also a manifestation of the largest government censorship enterprise in United States history,” and that he and allies are “headed to the United States Supreme Court to halt that censorship operation.”

By taking action to try and force X/Twitter to censor the laptop story, the federal government violated the First Amendment rights not only of the NY Post, but of every single American voter who has the right to have access to this information as it relates to a person seeking to be elected to the highest office in our country. Proverbial heads should roll over this.

“And just to nail home the point about corruption in the country’s highest offices, the Fox News report contains a reminder that the former intelligence officers’ letter was organized by former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell at the urging of then-Biden campaign adviser and now Secretary of State Antony Blinken,” it noted.
Again, the big takeaway from this admission is how it proves there was a concerted effort from within our own government to protect Joe Biden and get him elected to the White House. This involved the violation of multiple rights protected under the Constitution. The swamp needs to be drained and it certainly won’t happen with Biden in office for a second term.
