(Congress Report) – Corruption begets corruption, so it’s no surprise that Special Counsel Jack Smith just admitted to lying in regards to his conduct in the ongoing persecution of President Trump.
Smith’s team said in a July 31 court filing pertaining to their classified documents case against Trump that they incorrectly claimed during a July 18 court hearing that all Mar-a-Lago surveillance footage was provided to Trump’s defense team, as required by law.
“On July 27, as part of the preparation for the superseding indictment coming later that day and the discovery production for Defendant De Oliveira, the Government learned that this footage had not been processed and uploaded to the platform established for the defense to view the subpoenaed footage,” Mr. Smith’s team wrote in the July 31 filing.
“The Government’s representation at the July 18 hearing that all surveillance footage the Government had obtained pre-indictment had been produced was therefore incorrect.”
The Brady rule requires prosecutors in a criminal trial to disclose all evidence to a defendant’s legal team, including information that is favorable for the defendant. Smith didn’t do this and then he lied about it. Maybe it was an honest mistake but we doubt it.
Smith’s team has now accused Trump in a new “superseding indictment” filed on July 27 of conspiring with his staff to delete pertinent security footage in order to conceal it from the grand jury in that case.
The Epoch Times explains:
“In the superseding indictment, the special counsel charged Mr. Trump with willful retention of national defense information and two charges in connection to claims that he allegedly told a Mar-a-Lago worker to delete security tapes to prevent a grand jury from seeing them.
Mar-a-Lago staffer Carlos De Oliveira has been named as a third defendant in the superseding indictment, along with Trump aide Walt Nauta and the former commander-in-chief.”
It’s honestly just getting comical at this point. The more they pile on Trump the less credible they look and the more support Trump is going to get.
Trump took to Truth Social to deny the new bogus charges, saying Smith’s allegations are false and amount to election interference.
“The security tapes being deleted was a made up lie by deranged Jack Smith! Election interference.” Mr. Trump posted in all caps.

The Epoch Times provided more details:
“In the superseding indictment, prosecutors allege that Mr. De Oliveira told another Mar-a-Lago employee that “the boss” wanted a server “deleted” on June 27, 2022. That came about two months before FBI agents raided the Palm Beach resort owned by the former president, uncovering allegedly classified documents in a storage area.
Mr. Trump has remarked that he used presidential authority to declassify all the relevant documents in the case against him and has denied that he hid any materials from the government.”
Trump’s campaign made a statement following the July 27 announcement of the superseding indictment and new charges, saying they were part of a “continued desperate and flailing attempt” to persecute the GOP front-runner.
“Deranged Jack Smith knows that they have no case and is casting about for any way to salvage their illegal witch hunt and to get someone other than Donald Trump to run against Crooked Joe Biden,” the Trump campaign team penned.
We all know these indictments are nothing more than a tyrannical power grab. The American people are not stupid and can see right through it all.

I am so very sorry President Trump has had to undergo such lies and persecution. I read Psalm 35 yesterday and wished I could tell him to read it to.!
God is in control and who could He use but Pres. trump to endure. Basic question: Was the footage deleted from Mara lago? If not, then NO CRIME. You cannot impose a crime for some one simply asking for an act to be done. It must be committed.
Jack Smith can’t seem to get anything right. He is just a peon handling the dirty laundry for Joe Biden. The brain dead most incompetent, most corrupt President this country has ever had.
He and his administration, at Joes bidding, or some handler for Joe’s bidding, stole the last election and is corrupting and attempting this election coming up. We American’s cannot tolerate it. Has anyone notice that this article exemplifies that. they withheld evidence and now trying to reverse it saying Trumps team withheld evidence.

The so- called classified ‘documents’ were papers proving the biden campaign SPIED on President Trump’s campaign. President Trump de-classified the proof 4 days before the illegitimate inauguration of biden. President Trump didn’t want the dems to destroy real evidence implicating them, beyond a reasonable doubt. Hence the raid, authorized by biden himself, to recover the papers. There. Now you know.

It stated in this article that a request to delete some tapes was made 2 months before the raid on Mar-A-Largo. Therefore it was a standard practice as it is in all installations to delete old footage and make the tapes available to be reused again. Apparently the incompetence of all the administration players including Jack Smith and his entire legal team is amazing. There is no case and if the administration continues to fabricate bullshit – the people will take over this government from the corrupt communists currently in power. Enough is enough! The true american patriots should never allow this tyranny to continue.
