(Congress Report) – For a very long time now, many of the radicals on the left, in their effort to divide Americans along racial lines, have made the claim that one of the main reasons Caucasian individuals spend less time in jail and have fewer run-ins with law enforcement is due to “white privilege.” Which, of course, is bogus in most cases. However, there is one particular instance where the idea of so-called “privilege” might actually apply.
And that’s with President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, getting nothing more than a teeny slap on the wrist for federal tax and firearm charges after making a deal with prosecutors that will come with zero prison time and will not leave any felony marks on his record.
According to Victor Nava in a piece written for the New York Post, rapper Kodak Black’s attorney was livid with the Department of Justice over the sweetheart deal and slammed the government agency for allowing the younger son of the president to escape his crimes with no real consequences.
The Florida-based lawyer, Bradford Cohen alluded to the apparent “2 tiers of justice” that he blames for his client being sent to the slammer for 46 months for the exact same crime that Hunter Biden has been charged with.
“2 tiers of justice? Kodak was charged for the same crime. Got over 3 years. Mr. Biden will not serve a day. Feels right? Do FBI agents and federal authorities take cases personally?” Cohen stated in an Instagram post published on Tuesday.
“Black, a two-time Grammy Award nominee, pleaded guilty in 2019 to providing an incorrect Social Security number on a federal gun purchase form in order to buy three firearms from a Miami-area shop,” Nava said. “The ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper had a criminal record that would have disqualified him from buying the weapons. Despite his plea, Black, whose real name is Bill Kapri, was sentenced to more than 3 years in federal prison.”
Cohen, in a tweet posted on social media, noted that in all of the decades he’s spent working within the criminal justice system, he has never had one of his clients successfully avoid prison time after pleading guilty to illegal possession of a weapon and tax evasion charges.
“After 26 years, I have yet to have a plea in a case with an illegal possession of a weapon and tax evasion, that did not come with some kind of prison sentence. Indigents charged the same way would be getting jail time.” Cohen explained. He then added that, in his opinion, there are far less serious violations of the law that have resulted in penalties that carry some sort of incarceration.
“Even in the case of paying off coaches to get their kids into college came with a prison sentence. One even got 2 weeks, even though she was scoring no jail time. The system was so petty that they made her surrender to a federal prison for 2 weeks! But in this case nothing.” the attorney wrote.

During his final day in the Oval Office, former President Donald Trump issued a pardon for Black. The rap artist was included in a group of 73 other folks who were pardoned by Trump on Jan. 20, 2021. Another batch of 70 individuals had their sentences commuted by the president before leaving office.
Nava reported, “The charges against Hunter Biden, announced by Delaware US Attorney David Weiss’ office on Tuesday morning, come after a five-year investigation into the first son for failing to report millions of dollars in income from countries such as China and Ukraine. As part of the deal, Hunter Biden will plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges of failing to pay federal income tax and will enroll in a pretrial diversion agreement on the felony charge of illegally possessing a firearm as a drug user after he lied on a federal gun purchase form in October 2018 about his addiction.”
The final decision concerning the deal needs to be approved by a federal judge.

Yet there are still people that lie by claiming that there is “Equal Justice for All” in the USA, and those people are all Democrats, who are the ones who have caused the double standards and instituted this “Dual Justice System” in the USA.
But people who voted for the Democrats are as guilty too, because you always get what you vote for, and Democrat politicians openly claim in their campaigns that they will not enforce all our laws, but only the ones that they like and agree with, and on only other people besides Democrats, who they give impunity and immunity to.
These are facts that we have seen occur for the many decades, from when Bill Clinton was elected President, and used the Democrats’ double standards and “Dual Justice System” to protect himself.

This is completely and utter BS. Hunter should get that and more everybody knows exactly what he’s been doing and ANYBODY ELSE would have been behind bars from the onset. Being the son of a President has proved that there is special privileges associated with who you know and that is a crime as well. Internationally moving money, drugs, and top secrets papers, prostitutes and who knows what else. He has broken more laws and is not an elected member of any seat that the country is aware of…. which means he should not be able to participate in any foreign deals that involve American.
