Hazmat Team Descends On Donald Trump Jr.’s Residence After Receiving Ominous Letter

(Congress Report) – Donald Trump Jr., the son of former President Donald Trump, received an ominous letter laced with some sort of unknown white powder, prompting a visit by local police and experts in handling hazardous materials to his Florida home on Monday. There’s little doubt in my mind that it was probably sent to him by a crazed progressive suffering from TDS, otherwise known as Trump Derangement Syndrome. Leftists have apparently lost the ability to talk through the problems they see with political policies and would rather resort to acts of terrorism.

Trump, 46, was not harmed by the substance and later on declared that there’s no place for these kinds of actions within the realm of American politics. He’s right on the money. We should be able as Americans to sit down and talk about the important issues of the day while treating each other with respect. Those days, it seems, are now long past.

CBS News went on to report that the oldest of Trump’s sons called police to his residence located in Jupiter, Florida, after he opened the letter. That in and of itself might have been a bad idea. He probably gets loads of mail and messages on a daily basis.

“He immediately set it down, walked away from it and called the police. Police and people in HAZMAT suits descended on his home in order to assess the situation. Local police sources told the network that the substance was “not deadly” and that it was being studied further,” The Western Journal stated.

“The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Postal Service are investigating the source of the letter. Local police have also asked the FBI to get involved,” the piece revealed.

Can we really trust the FBI to treat Trump Jr. fairly and actually do their jobs to find out who sent the letter? After all of the weaponization of the bureau we’ve witnessed in recent years, it’s pretty difficult to believe they would provide true help in this investigation. Let’s hope I’m wrong.

The FBI field office located in Miami put out a statement saying the FBI was at the scene on Monday.

“The FBI, along with our local law enforcement partners, responded to an incident involving a suspicious letter sent to an address in Jupiter, Florida,” the statement sent over to CBS News said.

The FBI ended by saying, “We encourage the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to law enforcement.”

Trump Jr. gave some remarks to The Daily Caller concerning the incident.

“It’s just become a little bit too commonplace that this sort of stuff happens,” he commented. “Clearly, if this happened to a prominent Democrat it wouldn’t be tolerated and would drive news coverage for weeks.”

Trump Jr. continued, “The media would blame all Republicans and force them to answer for it, but since it’s me, radical haters on the left will largely get a free pass, and the media will barely flinch. It doesn’t matter what your politics are, this type of crap is unacceptable.”

The president’s eldest son then disclosed that this was not the first time he’s been targeted with a laced envelope.

“This is actually the second white powder substance envelope that’s been mailed to me,” he divulged. “The last time we had this happen, it was during my father’s presidency and my then-wife opened it up with my kids by her side.”

“He concluded it is an unfortunate reality that the level of hatred for his family is so strong that people often resort to threats and attempts at intimidation. A copy of the letter obtained by the Caller showed multiple Trump family members were mentioned, and the author wrote, ‘Lee Harvey Oswald’s grandson must complete his contract,'” the WJ article noted.

Let’s hope the FBI and local law enforcement find the individual who is responsible for this and brings them to justice.
