Breaking: Feds To Indict Hunter Biden

(Congress Report) – President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, could potentially be looking at charges of illegally possessing a firearm while using illegal substances after a brand new court filing has revealed that the government wants to prosecute him at the end of September. He absolutely should face charges for his crimes. Any other American citizen certainly would, right? It’s time to bring down the two-tiered system of justice that is protecting well connected liberals and their families.

Nikki Schwab, senior U.S. political reporter for the U.K.’s Daily Mail, is reporting that Hunter Biden had originally cut a deal with prosecutors that would have enabled him to avoid going to trial for the gun related charge as long as he stuck to parole conditions for a total of two years. That condition was to keep his nose out of cocaine, which apparently is a substance the president’s son doesn’t simply struggle with, but truly loves to abuse. Chances are, he’d never make it the full 24 months, nor did he probably intend to. He would have, once again, relied on his dad’s connections to bail him out or cover up his use of the drug while on parole.

However, the charges are being brought back and if he goes to trial and is convicted by a jury of his peers, he might end up in the slammer with a super cool new orange wardrobe for nigh unto a decade, according to court filings signed by Special Counsel David Weiss.

You know, this really looks like Weiss attempting to save his own skin after more or less trying to help the president’s son get off light on the gun charge and tax evasion accusations. There was a major conflict of interest having the very same man who helped cut Hunter’s plea deal becoming the special counsel investigating him. Just a thought.

‘The Speedy Trial Act requires that the Government obtain the return of an indictment by a grand jury by Friday, September 29, 2023, at the earliest,’ the filing went on to say. ‘The Government intends to seek the return of an indictment in this case before that date.’

“Hunter Biden is also under investigation for his foreign business dealings, which are also the focus of probes started by House Republicans in Congress,” Schwab wrote. “He was supposed to be spared from jail time when Weiss, the U.S. attorney for Delaware, and his lawyers inked a plea deal where the younger Biden would plead guilty to two misdemeanor crimes of failure to pay more than $100,000 in taxes.”

The president’s troubled baby boy brought home some serious bacon in 2017 and 2018, supposedly earning an income of around $1.5 million. I use the term “earning” very loosely here. Much of the money Hunter made was from an influence peddling scheme involving foreign nationals, many of whom were from China.

The gun charge Hunter Biden is facing has to do with the fact he told a massive whopper on an application to purchase a firearm in 2018. A picture of the form reveals he answered “no” when asked if he was an “unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.” I mean, duh, it seems pretty clear that most people who are drug addicts are going to say no, otherwise they would be denied approval to buy a weapon. However, when you lie on such a form, it’s a violation of federal law.

GOP lawmakers were livid when they found out about the deal Hunter Biden was cutting with prosecutors concerning the gun and tax charges, referring to it as a “sweetheart deal.” But, unfortunately for the first son, it all fell apart while he was in a courtroom in Wilmington, Delaware, where the case was being presided over by U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika in the later part of July. Noreika was appointed to the bench by former President Donald Trump.

“Due to Noreika’s probing, daylight was discovered between the government and Hunter’s lawyers’ understanding of the plea deal and whether it provided blanket immunity – essentially whether it let the first son off the hook from facing any future federal charges,” Schwab stated in her report. “Noreika complained that the U.S. attorney’s office and Hunter’s lawyers had expected her to ‘rubber-stamp’ the deal.”

‘I’m not going to say I’m going to accept the agreement. I’m not going to say I’ll deny it,’ she remarked. The day came to a close with the judge stating she’d need additional briefings from all parties involved in the case.

“Since then, Hunter’s defense attorneys have argued that despite the broader plea deal falling apart, the gun deal was ‘valid and binding,’ because it was signed. The deal was put under further scrutiny when two IRS whistleblowers accused the Justice Department of giving the president’s son special treatment. In August, Attorney General Merrick Garland, who was appointed by President Joe Biden, announced that Weiss, a Trump appointee but who got approval from the state’s two Democratic senators, would be elevated to the level of special counsel,” Schwab went on to write for the Daily Mail.

“Promoting Weiss and not bringing in a new special counsel from the outside to manage the Hunter Biden case raised the eyebrows of some Republicans in Congress who had been angered by the plea deal,” the article noted.

‘Did they appoint him special counsel so he doesn’t have to testify before the Congress of the United States?’ GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley said in a conversation with the DailyMail.com, giving his reaction to the news. ‘If that’s your game – then I’d say there’s ulterior motives.’

Let’s hope this comes to fruition and Hunter Biden gets held to the same legal standards as everyone else.

  1. His father while president can pardon him on federal offenses. It would be said what father wouldn’t do this. He must be tried on a different level of the courts to restrict Biden from doing this. Why such a dangerous power was given our presidents without confines is beyond me and what was the motives. This leaves our governing power at the mercy of one man.

  2. Alan Doud is absolutely correct! Our country is heading in the wrong direction. We need a President who is a leader, not a puppet!

  3. The American people want to see justice. The whole family needs to go to prison!! And ALL THE OTHERS…gats, Clinton’s, facuci….etc.

  4. Don’t hold your breath waiting for the same justice any American citizen would receive. David Weiss and the FBI are in this together. No doubt Hunter will get off very easy as the jury will most likely be from the same barrel that is persecuting Trump…..from a heavily democrat area. Why else would this biased David Weiss be involved at the behest of M. Garland…..if not to cut another one of his sweetheart “deals” for Hunter. Democrats think we can’t figure out what they are doing?? They just hope they are not stopped,,

  5. does anyone here get as feedup the lieing media their nose is so fat up bidens tussy they cant breath, in any other story they do about hunter baby has real photos of how he looks today, but when it comes to the real charge and real trial the media looks and looks til they find this photo of hunter baby looking like a school boy

  6. Nothing will ever happen to punish the Biden’s crime syndicate, This country is to far gone to ever punish them. the Rinos will never vote to do anything. The Senate and Congress are so corrupt everyone has a secret that if they try to do the right thing they will get their corruption exposed. So nothing is going to happen. I would like to see the congress and senate to do the right thing for this Country, whether they get reelected or not. Just get rid of the corruption.
