GOP Rep. Mace Unleashes Epic Verbal Smackdown On Hunter Biden

(Congress Report) – On Wednesday, the embattled younger son of President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, decided to show his face at a House Oversight Committee hearing, which was, at the time, discussing potential contempt charges against him for defying a subpoena. He likely thought it would make him a persecuted hero facing the big, bad bullies trying to ruin his life. Unfortunately for Hunter, that’s not what happened at all. Most of the folks at the meeting saw his appearance for what it was: an opportunity to get some positive press.

Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace was in no mood for Biden’s shenanigans and made her thoughts about him abundantly clear in comments she made right to his face. And boy did she light him up. Given the sheer arrogance of the first son, who truly seems to believe he should be above the law and not suffer any consequences for his actions, he deserved every cutting remark received.

According to Joe Saunders, contributor with The Western Journal, “The infuriatingly arrogant first son turned up on Capitol Hill flanked by his criminal attorney, Abbe Lowell, and his Hollywood buddy, Kevin Morris, apparently just to provoke Republicans already pushing to charge him for blowing off a subpoena last month.”

“But he might not have reckoned on Mace, the South Carolina Republican who became a verbal machine gun peppering Biden with insults that hit home,” the report noted.

“My first question is, who bribed Hunter Biden to be here today?” Mace asked after being recognized by James Comer, the chairman of the committee. Her words carried more than a little venom in their sting.

“Then she dropped the pretense of questions and launched into some basic statements of fact — facts the Biden White House and its Democratic supporters don’t want Americans talking about,” the article continued.

“You are the epitome of white privilege coming into the Oversight Committee spitting in our face, ignoring a congressional subpoena to be deposed,” Mace added. “What are you afraid of? You have no balls.”

Whoa Nelly! That’s playing hardball. The congresswoman just said to Hunter Biden what the vast majority of Americans wish they had the opportunity to say to him. What a truly triumphant moment.

In the video, a voice interrupts Mace, and, as you probably guessed, it’s a Democrat. Mediaite identified the individual as Florida Rep. Jared Moskowitz. He wanted the committee to do a vote on whether or not to allow Biden to offer some testimony right then, on the spot.

However, Mace had a counter for that and it was awesome.

“I think that Hunter Biden should be arrested right here, right now, and go straight to jail,” she declared.

“Of course, Hunter wasn’t going to jail right then. With a father who’s the president of the United States and a Justice Department that has lost all sense of either honor or purpose, he’s not likely to go to jail anytime soon, if ever,” Saunders wrote for WJ. “That was clearly the message behind his little stunt Wednesday. After very publicly blowing off an under-oath interview with the Oversight Committee in mid-December, holding an impromptu news conference on the Senate side of Capitol Hill instead, Hunter showed up on the day the committee was voting on whether to hold him in contempt simply to demonstrate his contempt.”

Mace wasn’t the only one ready to verbally tee off on the first son. Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has a reputation for being a firebrand always willing to speak her mind, was getting ready to rip into Hunter Biden, but he and his small entourage got up and walked out before she could get started. And that only made things worse for Hunter, as Greene took the opportunity to immediately begin mocking him.

“Excuse me, Hunter, apparently you’re afraid of my words,” Greene stated. “Whoa …. awe. I’d like to reclaim my time, Mr. Chairman. Wow, that’s too bad.”

Hunter Biden got his backside handed to him twice in the span of just 30-minutes. This brazen attempt to make himself look heroic backfired horrendously. He looks more guilty than ever, like a weak man with no spine. Whoever advised him to do this, if anyone outside of himself, should probably be fired.
