Police Dispatched To Jack Smith’s Residence After Terrifying 911 Call

(Congress Report) – As per reports that first came from NBC News, Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is currently overseeing two federal cases against Trump, fell victim to “swatting” at his home located in Maryland on Christmas Day. Swatting is when someone calls local law enforcement and makes a false report that results in a SWAT team or other police unit being dispatched to the location. It’s extremely dangerous and has led to people being injured, even killed.

“According to law enforcement sources who spoke with the outlet, police received a call claiming Smith had shot his wife. Montgomery County police consequently dispatched two patrol vehicles to the address, but the officers were told to abort their visit by deputy U.S. marshals responsible for protecting Smith. No arrests had been made in the incident as of Tuesday afternoon,” The Western Journal wrote.

Several other news outlets also backed up the story that Smith was targeted on Christmas.

“People who call in these swatting attempts usually tell the police that the victim is a violent criminal or is holding hostages,” the outlet explained. “These sorts of reports cause police to act quickly, usually without verifying the report, to stop the supposed criminal as fast as possible.”

“Swatting gets its name from the special weapons and tactics (SWAT) division of police — the sort of police units usually called in to deal with active shooters and similar situations,” it added.

There’s little doubt that the swatting of Special Counsel Jack Smith is the product of a very explosive political climate sweeping our country from coast to coast. People on both sides of the spectrum have become frustrated with the current state of affairs in the United States. Battle lines are being drawn, both figuratively and literally, between people of opposing ideologies. It’s a bit of a powder keg.

“In November 2022, Smith was appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland to lead a criminal investigation of the former president. Last year, he announced two indictments against Trump: one related to his protest of the 2020 election and supposed involvement in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol incursion, and another involving allegations that he mishandled classified documents after leaving office,” The Western Journal said.

“The former president has repeatedly denied all the charges against him and accused Smith of leading a politically motivated “witch hunt” aimed at undermining his 2024 presidential campaign. Posting on Truth Social last month, Trump mocked Smith after the Supreme Court rejected his attempts to fast-track the election interference case ahead of November’s presidential election,” the piece noted.

“The Supreme Court has unanimously rejected Deranged Jack Smith’s desperate attempt to short circuit our Great Constitution.” he stated in a post published on Dec. 22.

“Crooked Joe Biden and his henchmen waited three years to bring this sham case, and now they have tried and failed to rush this Witch Hunt through the courts.” the former president continued.

Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene was also swatted on Christmas Day this past year.

There are a lot of legitimate reasons to be frustrated at the current administration. They’ve weaponized federal law enforcement agencies against Trump and regular Americans who have spoken out regarding the failed policies of the left. We have voices that can be heard through legal means of protest and resistance. Utilizing swatting as a tactic is just plain dangerous and should not be done, period.

  1. The Left got a taste of its own medicine.
Seriously, anyone caught doing this should be arrested and charged with Attempted Murder!

  2. After watching this Nazi stormtrooper run all around the country trashing people’s Constitutional rights, wrecking their lives by financially draining them with attorney’s costs, I have less than zero sympathy for him, absolutely none. You reap what you sow Jackie boy, it’s called Karma!
