(Congress Report) – The Republican House Judiciary Committee recently published a small excerpt from a letter they crafted and addressed to the ever controversial son of President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden. It looks like he might be about to pay the piper for his willful defiance of the subpoena that Congress sent him late last year. All I can say is, it’s about dang time.
“Within, the House castigated the young Biden for skipping his scheduled private deposition on Dec. 7, 2023, informing Biden and his lawyer that the House is going to vote on whether or not he should be held in contempt of Congress for skipping the deposition, unless he chooses to obey a series of new subpoenas,” The Western Journal reported.
You’ve heard the saying, “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree?” That’s absolutely true in Hunter’s case. He’s just as incompetent and corrupt as his father. The stupidity and audacity Hunter displayed by holding a press conference outside of the Capitol building when he was supposed to be attending the hearing that he was subpoenaed for. He complained like a child about being persecuted for his mistakes by the MAGA crowd as a political weapon against his dad.
“Because of that, the House is recommending Biden be held in contempt of court for this transgression, writing to his lawyer that his ‘defiance of the subpoenas has been willful and flagrant,’ and ‘he must appear for a deposition that conforms to the House Rules and the rules and practices of the Committees, just like every other witness before the Committees,'” the piece continued.

According to an article from Politico, Republicans in the Houses “will move forward with a vote to hold Hunter Biden in contempt, unless they reach a deal with his team for an interview.” The vote is scheduled to take place this Thursday.
The committee then said that in the interest of “obtaining Mr. Biden’s testimony as expeditiously as possible,” it was made clear at the bottom of the letter that while “the Committee’s subpoenas are lawful and remain legally enforceable, as an accommodation to Mr. Biden and at your request, we are prepared to issue subpoenas compelling Mr. Biden’s appearance at a deposition on a new date in the coming weeks.”
“This whole mess is part of a larger investigation into the Biden family’s finances as a whole, which, in turn, is part of the overall Biden impeachment investigation. In addition to the president’s embarrassing son, the president’s brother James Biden and young Biden’s former business associate, Rob Walker, are being called to testify,” the WJ article stated.
All Hunter Biden had to do in order to avoid this misery was obey the law and show up for his deposition. Instead, he decided to continue going down the very same life path that has left his existence in ruins for years upon years. Is following the rebel call really worth going to prison? That is, in all honesty, where he belongs.
Hunter and his dad might believe, sincerely, since their last name is Biden, that they are above the law. But that’s not how our system is supposed to work. All people are to be held as equal, regardless of your political connections, how much money you have, or your celebrity status. We have a two-tiered system of justice in this country and it’s time to dismantle it. That starts with the prosecution of Hunter Biden and hopefully, his father too.

While Joe was caught spinning another self-ingratiating tale/lie (taking credit for the MLK bust in the oval office), Hunter was ‘Biden his time’ (meaning another line of coke…found another stash he left in the White House). Neither of these two can be counted on for being lucid.

Stop tiptoeing around. He thinks he can do whatever he wants. No more coddling. Arrest the man for contempt of court and proceed like he was just another law breaker.
