(Congress Report) – During the Friday edition of “Fox & Friends,” Republican Rep. Brian Babin of Texas took an opportunity to bemoan the absolute failure of the Biden administration to take any meaningful action to bring an end to the crisis unfolding along the southern border of our country.
According to a report by Trent Baker, published by Breitbart, Babin kicked things off by stating that the border crisis was “getting worse and worse,” before stating that the U.S. needs to declare the current wave of immigrants flooding into the country an “official invasion.”
“[I]t’s getting worse and worse, and I would say I think it’s important for us to remember that under Biden and Mayorkas, his appointee, they have erased all of our immigration and border control,” Babin stated during his interview on the program. “They have created an unending flood of illegal immigration. They are doubling down, tripling down. We had the worst month — 239,000 came across in May. We don’t even have the numbers for June yet, And we have 53 dead illegal aliens who were left cruelly to die in a tractor-trailer.”
“We have got to declare this an official invasion,” he went on to say. “I think the courts are going to have to rule that this is true — that states have to be able to stand up and defend themselves against a derelict president and a secretary of Homeland Security. We’re being inundated and overrun. We cannot tolerate or sustain it.”
The question that should be on our minds with this crisis is what motivation the Biden administration has for not taking action to bring this situation to an end? Surely this problem is not that difficult to handle.
Nothing is being done to stop these folks from crossing over into the United States because the radical left wants them here.
Democrats are well aware of the horrifically awful job Biden and others in his administration have done with the country. Biden has the lowest poll numbers we’ve seen in ages. So does the vice president. Add to that skyrocketing gas prices, astronomical inflation rates, which have caused an explosion in the price of goods, and you have the perfect recipe for a red wave in the midterms.
It’s likely the Democrats are planning to use illegal immigrants as a means of trying to negate the advantage Republicans have going into this year’s elections. Promise these folks the world, get them to vote in places where there are no voter ID laws, and you have inflated voter rolls for years to come.
The left wants permanent victory. One way to achieve that is through the full scale invasion, which is happening right now.
