BREAKING: Hannity Makes MAJOR Announcement About His Career

(Congress Report) – Fox News host Sean Hannity has officially had enough of New York. And who can blame him? The city has become a toilet bowl thanks to liberal progressive policies and an invasion of illegal aliens. Crime is at an all time high. The cost of living has reached insane proportions. It’s a nightmare. Especially for a conservative. It’s surprising Hannity has lasted this long.

Hannity announced on Tuesday during his radio show that he would be moving out of New York and heading for the state of Florida, DeSantis country, joining in the flood of folks who have opted to ditch the Big Apple and other blue states for the freedom and bliss of red states. Hannity stated he had been threatening to make the move for a long time, but finally decided to pull the trigger on it.

“I am out. I am done. I’m finished. New York, New York, goodbye. Florida, Florida, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere,” Hannity went on to say, after stating that he was “broadcasting now from my new home in the free state of Florida.”

“According to National Review, Census Bureau population estimates for 2023 reveal that Americans are continuing to move out of Democrat “blue” states and into Republican-led “red” states,” The Western Journal noted.

“The biggest winners in raw population growth are Texas and Florida, which together accounted for over half the country’s growth since 2020. Other fast-growing red states include North Carolina, Georgia and South Carolina,” the report continued. “In contrast, deep blue states like New York, California, and Illinois suffered the steepest declines over both the past year and the past three years. New York was rated as the ‘biggest loser,’ losing over 100,000 residents between 2022 and 2023.”

Add to that over 91,000 residents from New York who moved to Florida between 2021 and 2022, data gleaned from the United States Census Bureau disclosed.

“I’m not going to go through the whys, the how comes, because it’s obvious this migration out of the blue states with high taxes, burdensome regulation, high crime, horrible school districts is real. And if anything, I’m probably late and behind the curve and many others have made the move beforehand,” he explained.

“For the first time that I can think of in my adult life, I actually have representatives in the state that I’m living in that share my values,” Hannity said. “I have a governor by the name of Ron DeSantis and Senator Marco Rubio and Senator Rick Scott. So I’m feeling a lot better about it,” Hannity proclaimed.

And if all that wasn’t a good enough reason to say “adios” to the Big Apple, how about the infestation of rats? Yes, you read that right. Rats. In fact, Mayor Eric Adams says that’s the main culprit behind the mass exodus from the city. I mean, how big and how bad are the rats that it would cause folks to get the heck out of Dodge? While this might be one reason, it’s not likely the most important consideration for moving to somewhere less hostile to conservative values.

“Some people who have children and families decide they want to go to a place where their children can play outdoors, larger green spaces, you want to see animals — you don’t see too many animals but rats in New York,” Adams remarked, as per the New York Post.

Apparently, the rodent problem is so severe Adams appointed the first ever “rat-czar” last year. Nasty.

Yeah, no wonder so many people are kissing the state of New York goodbye.
