(Congress Report) – One of the most egregiously wicked practices that is happening in various countries all around the world is child sex trafficking. You’d think something this horrific would bring people of different political beliefs together around a common cause. After all, what could be more unifying than protecting kids from sexual predators? However, that does not at all seem to be the case, which is a sad testament to the moral degradation our nation has suffered under the ideology of progressivism.
According to Breccan F. Thies, an investigative journalist for the Washington Examiner, the Justice Department stealthily removed huge bits of its page on child sex trafficking, including information concerning the “International Sex Trafficking of Minors,” “Domestic Sex Trafficking of Minors,” and “Child Victims of Prostitution.”
Why did the DOJ remove these portions? That, as of this writing, has not been made clear, though many conservatives have stated that this is a sign the current administration does not take crimes about child exploitation seriously.
“For some reason, people on the Left get really uncomfortable and defensive talking about child sexual exploitation,” Heritage Foundation Vice President of Domestic Policy Roger Severino went on to say, who referred to the move as being typical of Democratic administrations.
“Republican administrations direct more resources to child and human sex trafficking, and then Democratic administrations pull that back,” Severino, who was also involved in the Trump administration and in the DOJ while the transition from the Bush to Obama administrations took place, added. “They treat it almost as a distraction from some things they consider to be more important.”
“The fact that these issues get pulled back under Democratic administrations is contemptible,” he remarked.
An additional section that was removed by the DOJ after May 12 is one on the topic of domestic trafficking, which declared, “Pimps and traffickers sexually exploit children through street prostitution, and in adult night clubs, illegal brothels, sex parties, motel rooms, hotel rooms, and other locations throughout the United States.”
Severino then revealed that the process required to change information on a website from the Justice Department is lengthy and cumbersome, “so this clearly had to go through several layers of review.” And that just goes to show you how morally depraved modern liberals, especially those working within President Joe Biden’s administration, really are. Why would you undertake a process to strip away information that could potentially protect children from harm?
Oh. That’s right. I almost forgot. We’re talking about the same group of people who would do anything necessary to protect the “right” to murder a pre-born child in the womb. I guess this is just the left being consistent.
Florida Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna connected the changes made to the DOJ website to the Department of Health and Human Services losing track of 85,000 migrant children who were let go from government custody which resulted in many of them being forced into child labor, a New York Times investigation disclosed.
“DOJ’s blatant move to distance Joe Biden’s harmful policies from the global crime of sex trafficking should be no surprise to any of us who have seen the blatant sexualization and abuse of children this administration is comfortable with promoting,” Luna commented.

As the border crisis continues to rage on, some of the information taken down includes cross-border trafficking that “implicated the Biden Administration’s open-border policies in correlation to the sex trafficking of children,” Luna added.
Heritage Foundation legal fellow Zack Smith spoke with the Washington Examiner and asserted that border policies coming from the Biden administration have helped to create the “perfect conditions to allow human trafficking to flourish, to allow sex trafficking, child exploitation to flourish.”
But remember, everyone, the left is all about helping illegal aliens chase the “American dream.” Their open border stance has nothing to do with allowing illegals to flood the country in order to shift demographics and help them win future elections. Nope. Not at all.
“The move from DOJ is in line with the ideology of progressive prosecutors who refuse to enforce the law in many sex-related cases.” Smith explained.
“Many of these progressive prosecutors say it’s a victimless crime, so-called quality of life crimes,” he said during the conversation with the outlet. “Policies that the Biden administration are pushing from a criminal justice perspective under the guise of supposedly reforming the criminal justice system are actually creating the conditions again for all kinds of human suffering, including human trafficking.”
When the Washington Examiner reached out to the Justice Department for a comment on this matter, they did not respond.

I say, follow the money as to why we do nothing about this! Why is this administration, and quite frankly those before, allowing the cartels to sex traffic children and kill youth, men and women with illegal drugs. It is time to declare the cartels terrorist organizations and do whatever it takes to eliminate them!
Agree with RJJ – republicans MUST stand up for the children – citizens or not- b/c they have no voice – and these GOP people must not be afraid of being “primaried, because when good people realize who stands for what, they will vote in favor of good, and not evil. It is the only way short of engaging the military to get control.
