(Congress Report) – Just a few days before former President Donald Trump rolled back into Butler, Pennsylvania for a second rally in the city where he was almost assassinated this past July by Thomas Matthew Crooks, the 45th commander-in-chief of our nation revealed that he doesn’t feel “safe” on the campaign trail. Given that he’s had two attempts on his life by crazed liberals who have been brainwashed by dangerous rhetoric — which progressives in the government and in the media are still using — it’s understandable not to feel safe. And then there’s the failures on behalf of the Secret Service, whose primary task is protecting individuals like Trump. This does nothing to ease the mind either.
Chris Donaldson, contributor for BizPac Review, reported that the GOP nominee for the White House delivered some rather candid, open comments to Fox News during an interview with Kellyanne Conway, stating he feels like he’s in a “dangerous position” after the two attempts on his life.
The host asked Trump during a recent interview on her program, ‘Here’s the Deal with Kellyanne,’ if he felt safe while out campaigning, to which he answered “no.”
“No, no, I don’t feel safe. It’s a dangerous business,” the former president replied. “I’m in a very dangerous position and, sadly or unsadly, it’s only consequential presidents that this happens to.”
“I have a lot of enemies because I’m doing the right thing. This MAGA is a great thing because it says it better than anything anybody can say,” he stated during the conversation with Conway. “I want to make America great again, and that’s what we’re doing, we have more support, I think, than anybody’s ever had, and I think we’re going to have a great election, we’ll see.”
Trump is correct. Radical leftists wouldn’t be trying to end this man’s life if he wasn’t someone they feared. And no, it’s not because he’s the second coming of Adolf Hitler. Liberals know that Trump is a man of his word, a man of action. If he’s elected president again, he will utterly destroy the framework they have laid for a fundamental transformation of our constitutional republic, which they want to see become socialist and ultimately communist.
“On July 13, Trump was speaking when sniper Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire on the stage after being inexplicably allowed to set up in a firing position with a clear shot at the former president on a rooftop about 150 yards from him, a stunning failure that has elicited very serious questions about the Secret Service,” Donaldson wrote. “Crooks missed the kill shot that would have blown Trump’s head off on live television when he suddenly turned toward a chart on the Biden-Harris illegal alien invasion, with the bullet grazing his ear.”
During the attack on Trump at the July 13th rally in Pennsylvania, a bullet from Crooks’ gun grazed the 45th president’s ear. However, his response immediately following the shooting, standing up, pumping his fist in the air and shouting “Fight! Fight! Fight!” was such a powerful moment, liberals attempted to do everything in their power to censor or downplay it, so that it wouldn’t reach the average American and inspire them to cast a ballot in his favor come November. Ultimately, this seemingly failed as Trump has become more popular than ever.

“Days after the sit-down with the former White House adviser, Trump returned to the Butler Farm Show grounds where he was welcomed by tens of thousands of supporters on Saturday evening, holding what will perhaps be remembered as one of his most historic events. Trump paid tribute to slain volunteer firefighter Corey Comperatore who was shot by Crooks as he tried to protect his family, a casualty in the Democrat and media hatemongers’ war on Trump,” the report noted.

“Everybody knew him. Few men volunteered to run into fires, but Corey was one of those who did. He ran into fires. I spoke to people that were with this guy, would do anything, he was brave,” Trump said of the slain retired firefighter.
“Brave guy and he was also a protector who put his life on the line for others, and he loved doing it,” he continued. “And when the sound of gunshots pierced the air on that July evening, Corey leapt into the fire one more time and his last seconds on this Earth. He threw himself on the top of his wife and daughters, he didn’t want them hurt. He threw himself. He knew what was happening. He didn’t want them hurt and he was hit hard. He was hit hard and he gave his life to shield theirs.”
