Leonardo DiCaprio Spills Fugitive’s Plans To Donate $30 Million To Obama Re-Election

(Congress Report) – Actor Leonardo DiCaprio recently gave testimony in court that revealed Malaysian Low Taek Jho, who is more famously known as Jho Low, was seeking to donate tens of millions of dollars to Democrats back when former President Barack Obama was running for reelection in 2012.

Now, to give this a little context, let’s look at the full amount that was spent by the Russian government in their microscopic efforts on Facebook to “interfere” with the presidential election in 2016, which was only $150,000. Hilariously the federal government blew a massive $32 million investigating the situation. And yet, the left has attempted to say that this interference is partially what caused twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to lose to Donald Trump.

Notice how they aren’t talking about this whole situation with Jho Low, which also constitutes election interference? The goal posts are always moving for Democrats.

According to a report from Jack Montgomery and published by The National Pulse, “DiCaprio was in Washington, D.C. on Monday April 3rd, as news organizations found themselves consumed by the indictment of former President Donald J. Trump. DiCaprio even managed to slip in and out of the courtroom unnoticed, having given evidence in a trial featuring Fugees rapper Prakazrel ‘Pras’ Michel.”

Montgomery continued, “Michel is accused by the Department of Justice of failing to register as an agent of the Chinese government and of facilitating the transfer of money from Low, who is now in hiding, to the Obama campaign, earning close to $100 million for himself into the bargain.”

DiCaprio, who was interrogated by FBI agents due to his ties to Low, commented that the Malaysian held a “multitude of lavish parties with many different people from all over the world,” with himself and ‘Pras’ among them, adding that one of these shindigs was where the plan to help bankroll Obama was discussed.

“It was a casual conversation about what party he was in support of,” DiCaprio went on to tell jurors during his testimony, going on to explain that Low divulged he was planning to make “a significant donation” to the Democrats — “It was a significant sum — something to the tune of $20-30 million,” he asserted. “I said, ‘Wow that’s a lot of money!’”

“Foreign nationals such as Low, wanted in his home country for embezzling $4.5 billion in public money from the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) sovereign wealth fund, are prohibited from influencing American elections through donations,” Montgomery wrote.

Najib Razak, former Malaysian prime minister, has already been sent to prison for 12 years over corruption scandals that are connected to Low.

The Al Jazeera news network noted in the latter part of 2020 that Low is hiding in Macau, which is a Portuguese colony turned Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, in an alleged “house owned by a senior member of the Chinese Communist Party.”

“The financier, who was known to pay Hollywood celebrities to party with him, supported DiCaprio’s charitable foundation and helped fund ‘The Wolf of Wall Street,’ the 2013 movie in which DiCaprio starred and was nominated for an Oscar,” Reuters reported.

Reuters then remarked that the Justice Department reached a civil settlement with the production company behind the movie, which gave up $60 million that was believed to have been stolen from 1MDB.

Ever since that time, DiCaprio has been cooperating with the U.S. government. He somehow managed to slip in and back out of the courthouse on Monday without being spotted by local news crews who had been waiting on his arrival.

“Prosecutors claim Michel agreed to funnel money from Low into Obama’s 2012 campaign and hide the source of the funds. Federal election law prohibits foreigners from donating to U.S. campaigns,” Reuters declared.

They state that he later worked behind the curtain, with a group of other individuals to attempt to persuade the current Trump administration to drop its investigation into Low, and that he also acted as a foreign agent of China to try and get the administration to agree to repatriate dissident Guo Wengui.

DiCaprio revealed he’s had a friendship with Michel since the 1990s when he met the Fugees group backstage.

“DiCaprio said his own legal team, an outside firm and the studios conducted three separate due diligence probes before reaching a deal with Low to finance ‘The Wolf of Wall Street,'” the article continued.

“I was given a green light from my team, as well as the studios, to accept financing from Mr. Low,” he stated.

  1. Most of obamas campaign cash came from foreign entities but that too was ignored. No one remembers his european tour in the fall of 2008 where he collected millions from fellow commies and socialists. That in itself is plenty to say that he too, was an illegitimate president, in addition to being foreign born. This renders everything he did or signed to be useless.

    • Yeah………..8 precious years from the American People just blown to the wind. He needs to be…or should have been prosecuted as a traitor and imposter, and hung in Gitmo. There is still some leftist love affair with that bastard though….and I just do not understand it. Why hasn’t justice already been carried out…?!

  2. OBAMA IS MENTORING AND SHADOWING BIDEN AND YOU SEE THE STUPID THINGS GOING ON ,
WE CAN’T STAND ANOTHER DAY OF OBAMA IN CHARGE !

  3. I see this article as completely devoid of substance.
The allegation of intent and plans to provide foreign funds is not the same as actually providing funds. Other than not registering as a foreign agent, no crime has been committed.
The person making the allegation is of no consequence.

  4. DiCaprio…can go dine on “road-kill” too…I thought there was a $2500.00 dollar limit on political contributions. What is this $30mil stuff…..! Fools playing a fools game……..
