(Congress Report) – A Republican lawmaker in the House of Representatives has filed articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris. The filing comes due to her failure to properly handle the border crisis that has led to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens flooding into our country every month, along with hiding knowledge, if she possessed any, of President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.
On Monday, Harris received all of the delegates she needs in order to become the new Democratic Party presidential nominee without receiving a single vote from the American people. And yet, the left wants us to believe that former President Donald Trump and his supporters — conservatives who believe in putting their own country first — are a threat to “democracy?” I don’t think so.
According to a report from Fox News, “Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., is accusing Harris of breaching public trust and of willfully refusing to uphold U.S. immigration law in two impeachment articles, obtained by Fox News Digital. The former article on public trust accused Harris of having ‘knowingly misled the people of the United States and the Congress of the United States, principally to obfuscate the physical and cognitive well-being of the President of the United States, Joe Biden.'”
The articles of impeachment come as a growing number of folks within the GOP are raising questions about whether or not Harris knew — and when she found out — about the decline of Biden’s cognitive abilities.
“The latter article is targeted at Harris’s handling of the crisis at the southern border over her role as the Biden administration’s “border czar.” She was tasked early on in the administration with addressing the root causes of mass migration from Central and South America,” the piece divulged.
Republicans are making this one of the pillars of their political assault against the newly minted Democratic Party presidential nominee as states all over the nation are still struggling with the fallout from leaving the border essentially wide open.
“Kamala Devi Harris has demonstrated extraordinary incompetence in the execution of her duties and responsibilities, a stark refusal to uphold the existing immigration law, and a palpable indifference to people of the United States suffering as a result of the ongoing southern border crisis in the United States,” the impeachment articles go on to say.
“During her tenure as the designated border czar, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency ‘encountered’ nearly 302,000 illegal aliens at the southwest border in December 2023, the highest monthly total ever recorded and representing 4 consecutive months of over 240,000 illegal alien ‘encounters,'” they continue.
Honestly, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Republicans have less than four months to wage all out political war on Harris before the general election in November. They have to come with all cylinders firing if they want to dismantle her campaign, especially now that she’s picking up some steam and giving Democrats a boost in morale. The GOP has to strike first, strike hard, and have absolutely no mercy — this is figurative and in the political realm, not physically speaking — if they want to ensure Trump’s victory.

This should have been done a long time ago, but why stop at k. harris? Joe, the squad, pelosi can also be brought up on similar and exact charges. This should have been done yrs ago and we wouldn’t be in the mess we are in now.

Right before the election giving all the illegals who entered the country AMNESTY and the right to VOTE I N FEDERAL ELECTIONS ! Most of the “Blue States “ have already allowed them to vote in their State elections ! Obviously, they want to win anyway possible —since no form of identification is required —-the use of drop boxes all over the place —voting by mail where signatures are not required —allowing absentee ballots months after the election to be counted —except of course Military ballots which will not be counted if not arriving in time !
Immigration and naturalization statutes are law and not subject to extra constitutional modifications by “Executive order”, unless the laws say so. Do they?
Impeachment by the Congress is for ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’. In staunching the Trump flow of wannabe immigrants at the southern border and for tackling a border problem lasting for decades and multiple presidents (and their vice presidents), it’s ironic that any Republican has the gall to file papers for this reason. And the gall extends to ‘supposed’ violation unknown and unproved or substantiated that she knew Biden would retire at the end of his term, endorsing Harris. Is it now the practice of Republicans, the GOP and dictator of extremist rightist politicians to file impeachment for longstanding intractable and difficult problems they themselves were unable to resolve–with or without a wall, that Mexico wouldn’t pay for. Let’s keep reality in sight over political crimes and misdemeanors–oh, sorry, I almost forgot that the Republicans in general and this impeachment articles filer in particular don’t live in reality.
every voter should be an American citizen, have i.d , no drop boxes, absentee ballots should have to show i.d. proof, I was a watcher at the polls in a small Penna town. knew everyone. still checked every i.d.
