(Congress Report) – The radical left in this country absolutely despises Christianity and any kind of public expression of the religion, despite the fact the vast majority of Western civilization was founded on the precepts in the Bible. Why hate Jesus so much? Mostly, it’s because God demands our absolute loyalty and obedience, over and above man-made government. The Bible also teaches personal responsibility and that one must take care of himself and his family, thus reducing the need to be dependent on the government. That’s the exact opposite of progressive ideology.
The latest assault on the Christian faith from the Democratic Party comes to us from leftist Nebraska state Sen. Megan Hunt, who has proposed banning children from being able to attend religious camps in an amendment to a bill that would prohibit minors from being able to attend drag shows. What’s ironic here is that Hunt has unknowingly disclosed that the push to indoctrinate young kids with obscene and morally objectionable sexual content and practices is motivated by a kind of religious zeal.
Laurel Duggan of the Daily Caller reveals, “Hunt proposed the amendment to “make a point” and will withdraw it if it garners enough votes to pass, she wrote Saturday. All–age drag shows, sometimes featuring child performers, have become increasingly popular in recent years, and Democrats and LGBT activists have fought against efforts to restrict child attendance, portraying these efforts as anti-LGBT.”
“There is a well-documented history of indoctrination and sexual abuse perpetrated by religious leaders and clergy people upon children,” Hunt’s amendment stated. “For purposes of this section, religious indoctrination camp means a camp, vacation Bible study, retreat, lock-in, or convention held by a church, youth group, or religious organization for the purpose of indoctrinating children with a specific set of religious beliefs. No individual under nineteen years of age shall be present at a religious indoctrination camp.”

Nebraska comes out with its first anti-trans bill and its a doozy.
It is a drag ban that targets trans people. People under 21 years old can't see drag. It defines drag as trans people performing.
It would charge trans people with misdemeanors.

Oh, but there’s no way there would be any kind of sexual abuse or grooming happening at a drag show, right? These people are actually trying to legitimize sexual deviancy and perversion, openly, and without reservation. Just a decade ago such a move would have been seen as appalling. The left grows bolder and bolder with each passing day.
“Legislative Bill 371, which the amendment was proposed to, would ban anyone under 19 from attending drag shows and would make bringing a minor to a drag show a criminal misdemeanor. It would also ban anyone under 21 from attending drag shows where alcohol is served,” Duggan noted.
The bill provides a definition for what a drag show entails, calling it if “The main aspect of the performance is a performer which exhibits a gender identity that is different than the performer’s gender assigned at birth using clothing, makeup, or other physical markers; and The performer sings, lip syncs, dances, or otherwise performs before an audience for entertainment.”

We need not clench nor worry,” the state senator wrote. “I have introduced similar amendments in the past – e.g. in a session where we had a bill to require DNA collection of everyone accused of a crime, I amended DNA collection requirements on all kinds of other bills as devices to make a point. They aren’t meant to pass.”
She then explained she was “just trying to bring some levity to my work.”

The difference is minors are not allowed in “drag shows” where there is explicit adult and sexual themes. The chicken little republicans are confusing that with drag queens reading harmless stories to children. Thats not “grooming” unless you’re an idiot.
This kind of slanted garbage reporting with bias and incorrect facts shouldn’t quality as journalism.
Where do these “dictators”, marxists, socialists GET OFF trying to legislate the particular education that a parent chooses for their children? This is ENOUGH!! of overstepping, stomping on our Constitution. Please voters/parents = REMIND YOUR POLITICIANS THAT “YOU” HIRED THEM, AND they are able, and expected, to do the job as they promised to do. There is nothing that gives them this power. Some states are planning to have the tax dollars follow the student, and just think, GIVE THESE LYING DISHONEST POLITICIANS A PREVIEW: TAKE THE $ AND SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO PAROCHIAL SCHOOLS OR OTHER PRIVATE SCHOOLS; AND LEAVE THESE PUBLIC ONES STANDING EMPTY IN THE WIND, WITH THEIR WIND TURBINES. What DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE? They aren’t receiving the needed education, they are being brainwashed. What could your children gain?
“Looking for levity”?? As the democrats/left/liberals/socialists take a few minutes to PASS MORE SPENDING, increasing inflation, further destroying citizens’ lives, apparently they have plenty of time to think up those things… then blame it on Trump or GOP or Russia???? These stupid “woke” shouldn’t have any power over our children or citizens, especially it it is not given to them in our Constitution.
